Week 1 Update

Hi, welcome back to my blog. Today I  will be talking about changes made during the past week of being on a diet. Well there are not many changes but there are a few. 

1. I have adjusted to the changes on my diet- In the beginning of this journey I  was not good at dieting I had a lot of temptations, but luckily I didn't give in to my temptations. If you think it is easy to be on a diet well you're wrong, it is really hard mostly for a beginner.
2.I have become more active- I never used to be active a lot, but I have become really active even though most of my time is spend on a screen (online school, editing blog posts and social media). It is really important to be active when your on a diet trust me it helps.
3.I have become more confident-In the beginning I was not that confident but now that many people support me and read my posts I have become happier and more confident.
