How to Prepare for the start of a diet plan
Hey guys,Today I'm going to talk about how to prepare for the start of a diet plan and also give you a few pointers.
Points
1.Choose your plan(be realistic)-there are many diet plans out there you just need to choose the perfect one for you.
2.Stick with it-Lets be honest many people choose a plan and after a week there already bored with it,well in this case you have to stick with your decisions and plans.
3.Always eat healthy-Many people say they are on a diet plan but they don't eat healthy,you have to eat healthy for this to work(and no not all healthy foods are disgusting)There foods out there that are actually delicious(healthy food)

*Add in physical energy
*Fuel your body with Nourishing food
*Don't avoid fat foods e.g avocados

Do's and don'ts
-Avoid weighing yourself every time you might have added a little bit of weight in the process,only weigh yourself after about 3 months.
-Do not research or read things that that have junk foods all over you will be tempted to eat and your streak will be over ,only eat if your on your cheat day
-Always make a cheat day once a week ,don't try to go without eating junk because you will fail horribly trust me (be realistic)
